A "revolutionary" workout program is slashing your workout time at the gym from an hour to just 20 minutes.
Intense Health at Applecross has launched a short duration, high-intensity resistance program using ARX FIT technology which they say has been delivery sound results to their Perth-based clients, Seven News reports.
Adam Kirk said many people have been training for just 20 minutes, twice a week in the only equipment of its kind in Australia.
"It's the first technology that exists, that can adapt to the user," he said.
"In the gym, you have to select 200 kilograms, or 100 kilograms."
