If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, look no further than Glendi Greek Festival at Elizabeth Quay where you and your mates can overdose on souvlaki and pastries - YUM!
Yes the Glendi Greek Festival is back again, promising to offer the city’s best “mouth-watering Greek food and sweets.”
But if the food isn’t enough to win you over, there will also be “traditional Greek dancing including plate smashing, beach style chill out bar, celebrity cooking demonstrations, market stalls, children’s fun fair and much more.”
If you’re game, there will also be an attempt to break the world record for the amount of persons dancing the Zorba!
“With just under 2000 persons joining Perth’s largest Greek Dance in 2016 we hope to beat this record at Elizabeth Quay on Sunday the 22nd April 2018. Maybe even get a world record! Opa!”
And smashing plates!
