Charges Upgraded Against Alleged Samurai Sword Attacker

A man accused of attacking a police officer with a samurai sword will have one of his charges upgraded when he faces court today.

A senior constable lost a litre of blood and received 25 stitches to his head after he was allegedly attacked with the sword while responding to an incident at a Rockingham home last month.
