Well... it's hard to believe but we're into August.
And you know what that means? Blink, and it's December.
And you know what that means?
CHRISTMAS PARTY TIME!
We've done a quick poll through the office and come up with 10 places you should probably look into booking now for your work/family Christmas party, seeing that now's about the time you should be thinking of such things.
In no particular order...
Can you just imagine sitting there, a balmy sunny day, sipping on white wine and eating delicious oysters with your loved ones and/or work colleagues?
And the pelicans...
Yep, so can we.
Quay To Palm Springs
Ultimo Catering & Events are putting on a extra special Christmas layout at Elizabeth Quay. It really looks like something just that little bit different and awesome to do in celebration of everyone's fave holiday.
All happening between 23 November through to December 17.
Can't bloody wait
We're still getting over the news that Holey Moley is coming to Perth... a nightclub dedicated to cocktails and mini-golf.
Can you just imagine?
They're taking bookings for Christmas parties so best get booking. Here are the details.
It's fast become a Perth institution, and there's no worries about your party having a blast, smack bang in the middle of the city, in December.
What's more, they've got all sorts of options available.
The actual Print Hall building has such a rich history here in #Perth, that will surely impress your guests.
There's a heap of options too, so there is something for everyone. The roof space is an amazing area though, so with the chances of a decent night in December, it might very well be worth the booking.
And, did someone say oysters...
If killer views and a spot on the emerging Elizabeth Quay sounds like your kind of style, then look no further.
The Raffles Hotel
Did we mention iconic Perth venues? The Raffles is a legend amongst legends and ticks all the boxes, especially if the majority of your party are coming from the southern suburbs.
If not, there's sure to be a heap of Ubers around... just watch out for peak pricing. Applecross to Joondalup could be pricey at the wrong time of night.
At least you'll save some cash on the Espresso Martinis if you go on a Wednesday.
There's something about being that close to the ocean, and you can't get much closer than The Cott. Intrinsically West Aussie and we can just see you, sipping champagne and celebrating the year with your colleagues in style.
You sometimes forget just how fun Freo can be, and Little Creatures is a ripping spot, right there in Fishing Boat Harbour.
And just think about all those Little Creatures offerings we all love. What a way to crack a Christmas beer!
Rambla On Swan
Most people will agree, the very best view of our beautiful city comes from the South Perth foreshore. And Rambla On Swan is in the perfect spot to celebrate Christmas and THAT view...
