Two schools in the Maitland area have been damaged by fire overnight.
St Paul's Primary School at Rutherford was targeted first at about 9pm, with two separate fires.
Fire Rescue NSW says one of the fires damaged a building, but thankfully didn't enter the roof.
A disabled toilet at Telarah Public School was set on fire at around 11pm.
The blaze caused the school's hall to fill with smoke.
It's believed the fires are linked.
