If there’s one thing we know, it’s that Melburnians love cheese, so this will be one food event to sink your teeth into.
The Westin Hotel, along with Maker & Monger, have started serving up their Winter special ‘High Cheese’. It has the flair of the dessert-filled high tea you’re accustomed too mixed with cheesy goodness. Heaven!
Instead of cream on scones, expect scones served with Giorgio Cravero Reggiano. Classics like tiramisu and cannoli will be served with a cheesy twist and you’ll also be able to dive into a whole baked Normandy Camembert.
Other dishes will include Holy Goat Organic Skyla Mille-Feuille with strawberries, thyme and drizzled honey, and late harvest figs stuffed with Gorgonzola Dolce and natural honeycomb. We’re so there!
