Teenager Connor Wilson who went missing on Tuesday from his Tantanoola home was lucky to survive the night.
Authorities have said, Connor crawled around 700 metres with a leg injury after he crashed his motorcycle, laying injured in dense forest where it dropped to around 9 degrees on Tuesday night.
After a wide scale search yesterday involving local volunteers, a plane and helicopter, he was found around 10.40am yesterday morning.
He was taken to the Mount Gambier hospital for treatment. Police say it’s fortunate he wasn't more seriously injured.
