Shepp Square Moves To Federation Square This Month!

This month, we're giving good ol' Federation Square some Greater Shepparton love, with it being transformed into Shepp Square from  now til 21 April!

CLICK HERE to join Shepp Square on Facebook.

In saying that, you're invited to come on down and find out all the reasons why Shepparton was just voted Australia's second best and Victoria's top place to visit, as voted by Wotif (wotif.com).

There will be a range of new and exciting activities for everyone daily, including activities the city has never seen!

Fresh local produce from Greater Shepparton Australia's Foodbowl will be available, there will be Indigenous games and African drumming! A different theme will be on each day and you'll be able to enjoy local wine, cider and beer.

Week one (April 9 – 15) will have plenty of fun for families and young ones, whereas week two (April 17 – 21) will  focus on all the reasons why Greater Shepparton is one of the most progressive regional cities to live, work and invest.

There will also be information sessions on starting a business, information on investing and moving to Greater Shepparton and all of the extra pieces of info you need!

If you can't get enough, a Paddock to Plate Outdoor lunch is on offer on Wednesday April 18., where you'll eat a delicious meal inspired by Greater Shepparton produce prepared by Taxi Kitchen's Executive Chef and former Shepparton resident, Tony Twitchett. You can purchase your ticket via the Shepp Square website

Greater Shepparton City Council Mayor Cr Kim O’Keeffe is excited for Shepp Square to make it's mark on Melbournians, saying, “This is a first-of-a-kind event for Greater Shepparton and Federation Square which is very exciting. We ask our residents to encourage their family and friends travelling to or based in Melbourne to visit Shepp Square for some fun and food. We would also love for members of our community who are visiting Melbourne to call in to Shepp Square to say hi.”
