Shine Lawyers Warning to Oakey Residents

The Oakey groundwater contamination saga continues today with a visit to Oakey from Shine Lawyers' representative Erin Brokovich.

Ms Brokovich will be in town this morning to talk with affected residents and the legal team on the upcoming class action and a Defence Department survey regarding dietary habits.

Shine Lawyers are urging people not to fill out a Defence Department survey on dietary habits until defence gives them a commitment that residents' responses won't be used against them in future legal action.
