Man charged after fatal Nana Glen crash

A man will front the Coffs Harbour Local Court next month, charged over a fatal crash in Nana Glen in June.

Police say the 46-year-old was driving under the influence when his Holden Commodore left Orara Way and slammed into a tree.

A 23-year-old man was ejected from the car and died at the scene.

The older man was yesterday handed a court attendance notice for dangerous driving (DUI) causing death, and negligent driving causing death.

His licence was suspended as he heads to court September 26.
