Two South Australian hotels have made it into a list of the world’s top 100 places to stay.
Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island came it at number 47 on the list, while The Louise in the Barossa Valley was at number 53 in the Travel + Leisure Top 100 Hotels In The World.
They were the only Australian hotels to be included on the list.
Kangaroo Island’s Southern Ocean Lodge is set atop a secluded cliff, and features incredible views, luxury rooms and prime access to the Kangaroo Island wilderness.
The Louise is an incredible place from which to explore the Barossa Valley. Beautiful luxurious suites and access to some of the best food and wine in the world make this the perfect weekend getaway spot.
Nihi Sumba Island in Indonesia took out the top spot, followed by The Brando in French Polynesia at number two and Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming at number 3.
