The highly acclaimed 400 Gradi Italian restaurant in Melbourne is finally expanding their chain, with plans to launch an Adelaide location!
Founder Johnny Di Francesco’s Margherita pizza was awarded the title of Best Pizza in the world at the World Pizza Championship 2014 and according to 400 Grandi’s website, “is the first Australian ever trained in Naples to the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana VPN rules and he’s the association’s Australasian Principal, travelling the region ensuring pizzeria’s are of the highest standard before officially inducting them into the Association.”

Di Francesco has plans to open restaurants in other Aussie capitals as well, with Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra all in the line up, but Adelaide will be first!
400 Gradi is set to open it’s doors at 121 The Parade, Norwood before the end of May!
