Calls today for an overhaul of the so-called "revolving door" youth justice system in SA.
It's been revealed 10 hoons have around 140 pages of criminal history between them.
It comes after 5, aged between 12-17 were denied bail in court last night.
The group were arrested in their underwear after racing through the northern suburbs in a stolen car early yesterday morning.
They allegedly stole an audi and went on a joy-ride up to 160 kms an hour.
It's the latest incident to prompt fresh concern over serious repeat young offenders.
Specialised task force Operation Mandrake was created more than a decade ago to tackle teenage crime but a concerned community wants more done.
