Adelaide's Longest Lunch is back!

The only event to be held on the iconic Riverbank Footbridge returns November 10 and tickets are selling fast!

This year, 750 foodies, work colleagues and friends will take a seat, 150 more than last year.

Two of SA's top restaurants have joined the stellar line-up - Hill of Grace and Level 1, Electra House.

They'll join Andre’s Cucina, Fino Seppeltsfield, Georges on Waymouth, Osteria Oggi, Press*, Sean’s Kitchen and Ruby Red Flamingo

Founding member Kristen Greber says 'the idea behind the event is for leading chefs, winemakers and brewers to unite creating a Friday lunch to remember, while raising funds to support the State Theatre Company South Australia Foundation and Tennis SA's Ken McGregor Foundation'.

'And there isn't a more unique location to enjoy a day out than on the Riverbank Footbridge on a wonderful spring afternoon' she says.

Guests will enjoy canapes and drinks before making their way onto the bridge where they will be entertained by the Prince Alfred College Big Band and Cheryl Bradley Dance Studios.

The dress code for the event is 'a touch of traditional tennis glamour'.

'For the ladies, think pleated skirts or dresses and demure cardigans.. while for the men it's all about crisp white shirts and shorts, and knitted vests' Kirsten says.

Following the event, guests are invited to an exclusive after-party at a yet-to-be opened champagne bar.

The event sold out in 3 weeks in 2016 and is planned for another site in 2018.
