The first promos for the new season of The Biggest Loser: Transformed are live and there’s a brand new female trainer on the scene!
Joining veteran trainer Shannan Ponton on TBL is Libby Babet, founder of Hit Network fitness experts the BUF Girls.
Before the season kicks off in mid-late March, we asked Lib to get her sweat on and show us what she’s made of!
Check out Lib in action, going through few of the moves from her online BUF Body program, then try the workout. You can do it anywhere so y’know, no excuses!
What You’ll Do
Check out Lib in the vid to make sure you nail the right technique, then it’s your turn! Dp each of the below exercises for 30 seconds, taking 15 seconds to rest in between each one. At the end of the list, have a breather and a sip of water, then go again for a further 2 rounds. That’s an 18-minute workout all up… good luck!
- Push-Up to 4 Mountain Climbers
- Lunge Jumps
- Push-Up to Plank Jack
- Drop Squat and Reach
- Lunge to Knee Drive
- Mini Lateral Shuttle Sprints
