It's that time of year again! Dark Mofo Festival kicks off in Hobart from this Friday June 15-24, celebrating winter solstice.
You can look forward to large light installations, a delicious winter feast, music, film, art performances and much more!
The festival is quite intriguing, exploring ancient and contemporary mythology, humans and nature, religious and secular traditions, darkness and light, birth, death and renewal. It's certainly for the open-minded!
There's also the annual Nude Solstice Swim where people will strip down and run into the River Derwent at sunrise on the shortest day of the year.
The Dark Mofo schedule is jam-packed with things to see and do and there's something for everyone!
Check out everything that's going on here!
