We're well into 2018, and can you already feel like your NY Resolutions fitness goals have gone out the window?

Well our friends at Genesis Fitness are here to tell you...

There's still time. Phew.

But first, lets see what our favourite stars are up to with their workout routines and how YOU can get a body like a star (at a fraction of the cost) today.

Jennifer Aniston

The question on everyones lips: What on earth is this woman's secret?

It seems Jennifer Aniston hasn't changed much over the years. And you won't believe what she puts it down to - yoga!

Whether you're someone who needs a high intensity workout or not, incorporating a mind-body practice into your routine works wonders for your relaxed state of mind and physic.

A simple start, is to get into downward dog position and walk feet forward until knees touch your arms. Bend your elbows, lift heels off floor, and rest knees against the outside of your upper arms.

Keep toes on floor, abs engaged and legs pressed against arms.

Hello toning and some serious zen!

Jessica Alba

This mum of three is seriously workin' it! Her simple cardio and strength training is easy to replicate in your own gym.

One of Alba's favourite moves is the "reverse fly".

Holding a 3-pound dumbbell in each hand, step forward with one leg, bend at the waist, and allow your arms to hang.

Slightly rounding your arms, raise dumbbells to your sides until they're in line with your shoulders. Switch legs after 10 repetitions, aiming for three rounds of 20 repetitions each.

Jennifer Garna

As an advocate for farm fresh organic produce, it's little wonder Jennifer Garna has a rockin' workout routine to match her health conscious lifestyle.

The romanic comedy star has combined aerobic moves with strength training.

One of her favourite moves is:

Stand facing a bench (or a step at least 12 inches high), then lift your right foot and place it on the step.

Step fully onto your right leg and bring your left knee up. Lower your left knee, leaving your right foot on the step. Repeat 14 more times on one leg, then switch and do 15 more repetitions.

Hilary Swank

Hilary Swank lives a very active lifestyle! Just scrolling through her social media pages, you'll find her in the gym trying a bunch of different workouts, out walking the dogs and living an active lifestyle outdoors.

To get in shape to play a boxer in Million Dollar Baby takes work, or to be precise, two hours of boxing every day.

It's a routine she's stuck to, alongside, strength training moves like pull-ups to achieve a sculpted back and biceps.

Incorporating strength moves into your gym workout like squats, push ups, jumping jacks, planks and lunges can help with balance, strengthening bones and weight loss.

One thing all these celebrities can agree on - they couldn't do it alone.
