Introducing Pasture and Co, your new favourite brunch spot nestled amongst the the greenery, wild kangaroos and 100-year-old fig trees of Currumbin Valley.
Owner, Dani Riley, has been in the industry for 20 years and is passionate about offering quality, fresh, local and organic produce with options to suit every taste - whether that be vegetarian, vegan, paleo, omnivore and gluten-free. Pasture and Co also offer a allergy-friendly variety for kids and adults, and is one of the only cafe's in the area to do so - this includes nut-free, egg-free and dairy-free options.
Their menu is SO incredibly delicious and will honestly make your mouth water. Take these Ricotta Pancakes for example: served with banana brûlée and berries, coconut yoghurt and nut crumble.
Other menu highlights include the Pastures Organic Rosti - a potato & zucchini rosti on a bed of kale, topped with avocado, bean hummus, lemon oil and dukkha:
