You may have heard of Skewers diners; its been warming the hearts and igniting the appetites of Toowoomba residents, and now, the popular Indonesian street food eatery has landed on the Gold Coast.
Owners, Lindra Cahya and her late husband Josh Budiman, began the venture with the focus on family and share-style dining.
Now Cahya is even more determined to pursue her husband’s dream with the expansion of Skewers at The Oasis in Broacbeach.
“We received an overwhelming response to our restaurant in Toowoomba, so it was always Josh’s vision to own and operate more than one Skewers restaurant”
- Lindra Cahya, Skewers Owner
Quietly opening to the public on Saturday, Cahya is hoping to maximise the restaurants exposure during the upcoming Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
“It’s been a very busy time preparing for the opening and the Commonwealth Games. However, we have a great team of staff and we’re all very excited to be a part of the action in Broadbeach.”
- Lindra Cahya
