Burleigh Heads has never been short of a trendy bar or restaurant to have a vino and devour scrumptious food.
After 12 years in the hospitality industry, including managing the renowned Coast restaurant 'Fish House', 26-year-old Kieran Jensen is about to embark on a new foodie venture.
Teaming up with business partner Emerson Brown, Rag Doll Bar & Dining Lounge is about to come to life where Finders Keepers used to live along James Street.
A sophisticated, open planned and elegant tapas bar set to take shared dining to another level.
Their take on food is simple: the dishes are Modern Australian themed, with a twist of imagination. All the classic dishes are there from the sea and land, but with a touch of creativity. From twice-cooked chili quail, chipotle pork tacos with pear and apple slaw and cured salmon with goats cheese mouse.
Set to host one of Burleighs largest cocktail menus with 25 classic and signature drinks including red mojito, Mrs White (espresso martini with white and dark chocolate) and a light long island.
The team have said the extensive wine list has to be seen to be believed. It includes top shelf 600 dollars bottles right through to the humble $60 bottle.
Grab a seat on the lounge area or take up their offer of formal dining in an intimate setting to cater for around 50 people.
