Summer is just around the corner, so it's that time of year we start to flip out and realise bikini season is upon us and we can no longer hide under an Adidas hoodie.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you may have left it too late...

1. You're still wearing a hoodie and jeans even though it's making you sweat
2. It's Monday and you've already selected the shows you will binge on Netflix all weekend
3. Your yearly gym membership is about to run out so you're now planning your first visit sometime this week
4. You keep talking about that Summer 'bod', as you reach for the remote and packet of oreos.
5. Your alarm is set for a 6am gym class, but you snooze until 6:50am, and then promise to go after work, and then bail, and then promise that you'll go tomorrow. Sleep. Promise. Repeat.
