What's on at our ski fields?

Thredbo received 7cm of snow up top mid-week and there’s more snow on the way…

A top up of snow about the peaks on Tuesday night and a dusting of snow over the village.

More snow showers are in the forecast Thursday night and Friday – hopefully bringing the rest of the predicted 20cm.

Windy days have made for lots of wind-blown stashes both on and off piste.

The groomed runs are dry and hard packed– softening under the sun on the lower slopes throughout the day.

The NASTAR Race Track reopened this week for the adrenaline junkies. Lots of action at the Cruiser Terrain Park.

The mini shredders had fun practicing their skills and building up their confidence on the Playground Introductory Park.

A very busy week of fun on Friday Flat in the last few days of school holidays.

Here at Thredbo we have 13 lifts running. Over at Perisher, 46 lifts running.

What’s on in Thredbo:

Thursday’s are the best night of the week in Thredbo with Family Fun Nights featuring the Kids Flare Run and Fireworks. Plus, Family Après, games, activities and entertainment on Friday flat. The July Kids Snow Festival also continues until Sunday, finishing off an awesome school holiday period. Learn more about Thredbo’s Backcountry Tours at the Backcountry Presentation & Finding the Line Movie, Friday Night in the Kosciuszko Room, 6pm.

This weekend is jam-packed with après and events…

Take a break from shredding to test out some gear at the Oakley Prizm Demo and SKImag Demo – both on all day Saturday and Sunday.
Get ready to party. Corona will be taking over the mountain this Saturday with the Merritts DJ Sessions followed by the Corona Sunsets Poolside Party at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel featuring North East Party House supported by Ashley Feraude.

Then after the sun sets head to the Keller Bar at the Oakley Prizm Palooza Party featuring loads of giveaways and DJ set by TenZin.
Then Sunday “swipe right” into Tinder Uni Week – kicking off with a massive opening night party and a week of après thanks to the Sweat it Out crew of DJs, Indian Summer, Dom Dolla and plenty more.
