SNOW REPORT - JULY 13

What's on at our ski fields?

It’s been a line-up of stellar days for both conditions and weather this week in Thredbo.

Low overnight temps have set up great snowmaking conditions. The mountain received a light dusting of 2cm about the peaks on Thursday, with the chance of another shower up high Friday morning.

Conditions have been a cravers dream on the long runs, with packed conditions on upper Supertrail and High Noon, softening as you make your way down the mountain. Fresh, dry snowmaking has made for great grooming – so get in early over the next few days to make those crunchy first tracks.

The kids have owned the mountain these school holidays. The Interschools Championships have seen some talented students go head to head. The Family Fun has also continued this week with the kids snow festival.
The gnarly riders have been enjoying the new features added to the Cruiser Terrain Park.
Plenty of fresh snowmaking on Friday Flat setting up perfect conditions for beginners perfecting their turns.

Here at Thredbo we have 13 lifts running. Over at Perisher, 45 lifts open.

The July Kids Snow Festival continues today with games and activities on Friday Flat. Also, don't miss Glowga, 5:30pm tonight @ Thredboland.
