Australia's little sweetheart is coming to Canberra this Saturday.
Pete Murray is currently on his national tour in support of his new album, Camacho and lucky for us he is popping to the Capital to embrace us with his smooth AF vocals.
We fell in love with him when he released So Beautiful but after a short break he jumped back in the studio and recorded a new album.
“I’ve never had an album that I’ve liked start to finish. For this album what I set out to do was to create an album that is going to sound great from start to finish and have its own flavour. I wasn’t trying to make it too commercial or too alternative”
Supporting him on tour is Melbourne boy, Ben Wright Smith handpicked by Pete himself.
You can expect to hear some of the old favourites and new tracks from his new album Camacho on the tour.
“When you jump on stage and you know you have a good bunch of songs, a good album and a great band behind you, that’s going to nail it”
So, if you have always wanted to get serenaded by Pete Murray (or at least pretended him to), then don’t miss Pete Murray this Saturday August 19th at the Canberra Theatre Centre.
