With COVID-19 trapping us all in doors, gyms are now closed and it's become way too easy for us to forget to exercise regularly. 

But you don't need to be outdoors to keep active! Non-Clinical Nutrition Advisor & Kx Pilates Instructor Madison Hawes, called into the studio this morning, to offer up some tips and tricks for staying fit while staying in doors. 

Madison has come up with an awesome home workout challenge, taking routine activities like going to the bathroom or drinking a glass of water and transforming them into a workout checklist.
