You Can Now Have A Drive Thru Wedding Here In Hobart

If your wedding was cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, there's now a new way you can drive that wedding back into action. 

I Do Drive Thru has launched the first drive thru wedding service available here in Hobart. 

Wedding celebrant Kathleen said the service is in the name, the couple arrive at one of the designated areas around Hobart in their car, or something a bit fancier, and have their wedding.

"They have a few witnesses or guests and say 'I do', have a bit of a pash in the car, exchange rings, I stand outside and I officiate the wedding and then they can drive off into the sunset," Kathleen said.
