Summer is officially here and no place is celebrating more than Made By The Hill!

They have just launched the first ever Pasticceria Papa Gelato Cart making an appearance every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm onwards for the rest of summer.

Yes, your prayers have been answered. Papa's famous Baked Ricotta Cheesecake, named the best Italian dessert in the whole of Sydney, has been turned into a decadent gelato just for you!

The Papa’s gelato cart will be serving up not only delicious scoops of Baked Ricotta Cheesecake, but also Nutella, Kinder Bueno, Salted Caramel, Snickers and classic Vanilla of course!

Single scoops start at just $3.50 or double scoops for $4 and they won’t judge you if you ask for even more.

Nestled inside Made by The Hill at West HQ, Papa’s gelato cart will be open all weekend long, from 12 - 10pm on Friday, 12 to 11pm on Saturday and 12 to 8pm on Sunday.

The perfect time to treat yo’self.

Papa Pasticceria has been bringing their delicious Italian desserts to Sydney for over 30 years now.

After just one scoop of gelato we guarantee you will be hooked and will truly understand why “Papa knows best”.

While we are all for having dessert for lunch or dinner (or both), the Made By The Hill restaurant and bar will also be open serving up tasty pizzas, antipasti, cheese boards and an array of classic summer cocktails, plus new exotic creations.
