Works To Begin On Hobart Airport Roundabout

Work on the Hobart Airport roundabout upgrade will begin this summer, which will see phase one of the works add a second lane, as well as improved access of entry and exit points.

This is part of a grand plan for the south east, which is to improve congestion. There's $21 million budgeted towards helping with infrastructure.

The plan also includes a Southern Sorell bypass, due to the growing population for the town. 

Tenders for phase one of the improvement works will go out at the end of August.
