Police investigating the wilful damage of a police vehicle parked outside Toowoomba Police Station in April this year have released an image of a vehicle they hope to identify and locate as part of their inquiries.
Around 4.47am on April 12, the marked 2016 Hyundai ILOAD police vehicle was parked on Hume Street when the red sedan drove past and one of its occupants has thrown a red brick at the rear drivers side of the van causing damage to the rear panel.
The vehicle then fled leaving the brick behind.
Police are appealing for anyone who can identify the vehicle pictured or may have dashcam footage and was travelling in the area around the time of the incident to contact them.
