Australian parents are being urged to feed their kids eggs and peanuts in their first few years to prevent allergies. 

The Medical Journal of Australia recommends eggs and peanuts should be introduced between the ages of four months and one year.

Previously, parents were urged to not expose kids to eggs and peanuts before they turned one.

Now experts say the inclusion of food at an early wage could help build a child’s tolerance so they don’t build allergies later in life.
