If there’s one thing I’ve learnt whilst recording this Birth series and during Motherhood in general, it’s that good support can make all the difference.

I personally thought a Doula was a medical term before I fell pregnant with my first baby and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has wondered what the hell they are....
