Have you ever wondered what the weatherman means when he says "20 degrees, but feels like 10"? Well, you're not alone! 

Jimmy & Nath wanted to know where this term came from and whether there's actually someone who stands outside and tells us how the weather feels.

To elaborate on the temperature gaging technique, Jimmy & Nath invited Meteorologist from from the Bureau of Meteorology, Brooke Oakley on the show. 

Brooke tells us about Robert Steadman, the founder of the 'feels like' temperature, how they work out the percentage of rain expected and why they don't refer to this method of temperature gaging as the 'Steadman temperature'.
