It's fair to say that our conversation with Mark McGowan today covered all sorts of bases.

It went from having a bit of fun with tattoos, down to some serious stuff about the forthcoming election and homelessness.

On the election, it was put to the Premier, Mark McGowan, that the current Labor TV commercial going around, is a little bit too old school political and is, essentially, a cheap shot.

As Matt says: "The tone of it seems like young people are incompetent, and when I look at the world and see the mess that rich, old white career politicians and business people have made, I'm not that concerned about a young person with good ideas coming into the forum."

The Premier retorts: "Well, I'm a young person with good ideas so I'm pleased to hear that."

As always, we thank the Premier for his time.
