More Victorians under 50 will be able to receive the Pfizer COVID jab from next week, with an extra 400,000 Victorians eligible.

Among those eligible for the next phase of the rollout on Monday will be carers and high risk workers, including anyone working in meat and seafood processing.

Later in the month will see transport workers - including Uber drivers - be eligible to roll up their sleeves from May 24.

As for frontline workers, disability service workers and carers under 50, they can start getting their vaccines from Monday, May 17.

This announcement comes after the state recorded 77 days without a new locally-acquired COVID case.
