Four new cases of Covid-19 were recorded for Victoria on Tuesday all in isolation during their infectious period.

There are now ten cases in Victoria's hospitals linked to the states Delta outbreak, with three in intensive care and one on a ventilator.

We'll soon need a permit to cross the border for non-essential reasons

Still too early to determine when restriction for be further eased, Premier Daniel Andrews is pleased with the trending numbers.

Tuesday also marks when restrictions will tighten for cross-border bubble communities, minimising reasons for jumping across the Murray river.
