The mother of slain Gold Coast toddler Tyrell Cobb has been found guilty of dealing the fatal blow to the four-year-old in 2009.

Heidi Strbak was found guilty on manslaughter in the Supreme Court on Monday, after delivering a blow to the boy's abdomen in a Biggera Waters home.

Court documents show the toddler had already suffered 70 bruises and abrasions, as well as a cigarette lighter burn to his ankle.

Strbak had already pleaded guilty to manslaughter for failing to get her son medical attention sooner, but denied claims that she inflicted the hit to his stomach.

She is due to be sentenced next week.
