Time To Meet Your New BFF: RSPCA Running $29 Adoptions This Weekend

The RSPCA are offering $29 adoptions for all animals in their shelters this weekend, in a bid to find some of these adorable pets their fur-ever homes.

In last year's adoption drive, more than 2,500 pets met their new parents, and with the shelters full again, there's hope that a lot more will be going to their new homes this weekend.

All RSPCA and Petbarn centres across Australia (except for Tasmania and Darwin) will be participating in the event.

Be sure to bring along your current pets if you're thinking of adding to the family to make sure that everyone gets along.

The $29 fee is applicable to all animals in the shelters, and includes desexing, microchipping and adoption costs.

However, council registration isn't included.
