West Coast eagles coach Adam Simpson is encouraging fans of the team to head down to Subiaco Oval this morning to "say goodbye to the old girl" as the team prepares for this weekend's grand final.
Thousands of Eagles fans are set to turn up to the open training session today at 11:30am Perth time.
This will be the last time fans can cheer on the team before they depart for Melbourne and could also be the last time they set foot inside the Subiaco Oval.
The sporting ground will be demolished at a currently unknown date to make way for a new high school, housing precinct and public open space.
The West Coast Eagles have been using the ground as a training location this year.
The team will move to a new headquarters in Lathlian later this year prior to pre-season training.
"Everyone says embrace the week," Simpson said.
"We'll open up training on Monday at Subi so get everyone down there to say g'day.
"It's probably the last time we'll train there so a good chance to say goodbye to the old girl."
The open session will run until 12:45pm, with fans asked to enter Gate 8.
