We literally can’t get enough, and thankfully for us, Hacienda in Sydney has launched a new cocktail menu and the return of old favourites.
Tbh, they are changing the cocktail game as we know it!
Full of flavour, the new menu infuses high-end spirits and ingredients from across the globe with Hacienda’s signature Cuban-esque flair.
What’s more, Circular Quay’s favourite vista bar with those dreamy, iconic harbour views, will also be introducing their first-ever XL share cocktails and re-releasing two of their insta-famous ‘all-star’ cocktails!
Curated by Hacienda’s talented team of mixologists, the new cocktail menu is inspired by far-flung destinations around the globe. Island-hop with each sip and soak up the glamour with their ‘hero’ picks:

- JAM JAR (Bourbon, Chambord, Creme de Mure, Sweet Vermouth, Whiskey Bitters, Strawberry Jam, served with Sweet Tart, Macadamia & Praline) $24
Back by popular demand, Hacienda will re-introduce two of their best-selling cocktails from previous menus (**drum roll if you please**) CAMPFIRE ESPRESSO MARTINI and MONKS SECRET TO HAPPINESS.
Last year’s sell-out Campfire Espresso Martini (Marshmallow-Infused Vodka, Kahlua, Coffee, Marshmallow Syrup, topped with Toasted Marshmallows) is the grown-up way to relive the best parts about camping – all without having to brave the elements or sleep in a tent.
We also celebrate the glorious return of gin-based Monks Secret to Happiness (Beefeater 24 Gin, Dom Benedictine, Lemon Juice, Raspberry Syrup, Passionfruit Puree, Cherry Bitters, Egg Whites). Monk’s Secret is an ode to the famous Benedictine order of monks, the palette is both tart and fruity – a perfectly balanced drink that brings about a level of serenity on par with the cocktail’s namesake.
All new cocktails are perfectly paired with Hacienda’s NEW menu share platters, designed to be split between groups so that everyone gets a bite!
The CHEF’S SELECTION PLATTER includes a host of menu favourites such as Arancini frijol and Pumpkin flowers, as well as new seafood and meaty skewer additions. ($60, serves two). For a meat and fish free option, there’s a vegetarian platter too ($40, serves two)
