This Sydney Bar Is Hosting A Private 5-Course Dinner & Whisky Night!

Current restrictions have limited pubs across NSW to group bookings of a maximum of 10 people, while a cap of customers inside a venue sits at 300 people.
This means, pubs have had to get creative once again to provide the best experience they can to the guests they are permitted to host.
Lucky for us, Busby Private Dining, located underneath Riley St Garage in Woolloomooloo, is hosting a very special dining experience next month!
The New York-inspired restaurant is inviting just 20 guests to enjoy their Whisky Wonderland 5-course dining experience.
“Take a sensory drive through Whisky Wonderland with an unforgettable Modern Japanese menu paired with exclusive whiskies, in the backdrop Busby Private Dining hidden beneath the main dining room of Riley St Garage,” the event description reads.
“An exceptional evening peppered with a unique piece around whisky tasting.”
The night will include a 5-course tasting menu with whisky pairings and will be hosted by Diageo World Class Ambassador, Gemma Duff.

Salmon beetroot konbujime and makimono
Johnnie Walker Black 12 (light floral notes with depth like cinnamon & spice)
Grilled scallop, yuzukosho pimiento butter, wakame
Dalwhinnie 15 (light, fruity and floral)
Seasonal mushroom wafu, grilled black rice
Talisker 10 year old (peaty & sea salty)
Wagyu scotch, miso mustard, broccolini, Hawaiian potato
Caol Ila 12 (deep and rich)
Chocolate fondant, orange curd, vanilla ice cream
Lagavulin 16 (very peaty, oats, raisin flavour)
