A new post called The Shopping Cart Theory has been the source of some serious self-reflection this morning as Nick, Jess and Ducko evaluated their own societal status based on the simple question presented in the post. 

It's "the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing", according to the anonymous person who shared it online.

The theory states that the choice to return or abandon your trolley determines what kind of person you are, based on the fact that we all recognise it's the right thing to do, but face no consequences in choosing not to do so. 

Nick, Jess and Ducko took the test this morning to determine whether they're 'good people', or if some self-evaluation might be due... 

With the current COVID-19 situation restricting the number of people you're allowed over, this might just be the way to weed out the "savages" amongst your mates.
