This Melbourne Bakery Is Whipping Up Mac & Cheese & Bacon Lasagne Pies

A hot meat pie is one of the most soothing foods you can eat during Winter. Sure, it might be a ‘sometimes food’, but with a delicious filling, it’s 100% worth it. It’s the perfect time to enjoy this pastry staple, so why not take it up a notch?

Wonderpop & Deli in Melbourne’s CBD are doing the MOST when it comes to their pastry treats. For example, they are shoving loads of mac and cheese into their pies and slamming meat pies in between brioche bread.

There is also the ‘piesagne’. It’s exactly like it sounds – traditional Bolognese and pasta sheeted with bacon and béchamel all combined in a pie. Oh my.
