How many times did you randomly wake up last night?

Did you struggle to get to sleep in the first place?

A lot of people suffer from insomnia and whilst some people choose to embrace it and get productive during the night, others just want to sleep.

There are a bunch of sleeping pills on the market, but what if we told you that you could ditch the pills all together and just use lotion to help you sleep?!

A group of parents have taken to Reddit to announce that they've found a cure for insomnia in a little jar of lavender lotion from Lush!

The Sleepy Hand & Body Lotion is infused with lavender and jojoba oil to help you relax and people are going NUTS for it!

One user took to Reddit and said that the body lotion has helped sleep despite having chronic illnesses that usually keep her awake.

"As someone with incurable and not so common chronic illnesses which result in chronic pain and insomnia because of the pain, sleepy lotion is the one product that can actually help me through the worst of my nights."

Another user said that they've been using the lotion for months now and it helps to relieve stress.

"I have been using my small pot from Christmas sparingly - only when I was really stressed, or really having trouble falling asleep.”

The Sleepy Hand & Body Lotion is currently available in Australia for just over $30 but you'll have to REALLY keep an eye out for it because there's VERY limited stock in stores.

There's good news though because so many people in Australia love this pot of chill, they'll be permanently stocking the lotion from mid-September!

Now go and have a good night's sleep, you crazy kids!
