What's better than a brunch at the beach? This beachside brunch gives you stellar views, the sound of live DJs and a menu to die for! Think freshly-shucked oysters, truffle & mortadella toasties, prawn cocktail rolls and their signature woodfired pig bun. But imagine that paired with your choice of bottomless NV Chandon, NV Chandon Rosé, NV Veuve Clicquot or NV Veuve Clicquot Rosé! You can also kick on at Burleigh Pavillion with a live DJ from 1pm!

Aviary Rooftop Bar

Head to Aviary Rooftop Bar this Saturday, August 10 for their Bottomless Brunch! Customise your own spritz with a selection of 21 (no, that's not a typo!) different Mount Tamborine Distillery liqueurs and fruity garnishes! There will also be live music to enjoy, free-flowing Prosecco, wines and beers, as well as a delicious selection of brunch platters to keep you full. Aviary will remain open afterwards, with DJ Marea Lambert-Barker on the decks from 7pm!

Bazaar at QT Gold Coast

Every Sunday, Bazaar QT Gold Coast hosts their Bazaar Brunch for $59 per person! You'll be greeted with a glass of Chandon Rosé on arrival and you can choose from a host of fresh and fabulous brunching choices from their interactive food stations. You can also enjoy bottomless Mimosa's for an additional $25 if you're feeling a bit fancy, or you can treat yourself to Belvedere espresso martinis & Bloody Mary's special beverage offers! Food stations include: live crepe station, gourmet breakfast bowls, fondue station, breakfast pizzas, fried chicken & waffles. Your Sundays are sorted forever!

Garden Kitchen & Bar

Every Saturday & Sunday, Garden Kitchen & Bar hosts Champagne Weekends! If your ears prick up at the sound of a cork popping, then this might just be for you! You'll be treated to a delectable shared lunch with flowing Moet & Chandon champagne for 2 hours! In the shared menu, you can look forward to pacific oysters, house smoked salmon, ricotta and stapelton watercress, Borrowdale pork, free range chicken and pear and frangipane friand. If you'd like to upgrade to Veuve Clicquot or Dom Perignon, you can do that too!
