Sometimes it seems like employers are asking for too much, or maybe there's just nothing available in the area. We all need money to survive, so what can you do when the rejections keep rolling in?
Listener Mel contacted the studio about her daughters who have been struggling find work, or at least something with stable hours.
Mel's daughters Brittany and Taylor spoke to Mak and Lachy about why it's so difficult to find a job in Fraser Coast. The team asked about their previous experience and what kind of work they're looking for.
Brittany said she's wrapping up on her Certificate III of Hospitality and Taylor said her experience is in hospitality but would like something in admin.
The team jumped straight on task and put a callout to the community to see if there was anything available for the girls.
