So. It's no secret that we / Perth bloody love our burgers, so when we got the news that we could talk to the creator of WA's best burger, well, we just had to.
RoyAls in East Victoria Park won the coveted prize with their hand-crafted creation, the Boujie RoyAl, featuring a double beef burger, American cheese, smoked Dutch cheddar, truffle mushroom duxelle, crispy pancetta, red onion and maple relish, wild rocket, and topped off with mayonnaise, came out on top.
RoyAls' Alastair Craigie came in with the winning burger and told us all about what makes it so bloody magic.
