The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry is hard at work to prepare the next Kal Jobs Expo which is coming up in Perth next week with hope that more families will relocate to the Goldfields region.

Around 30 families moved to the Goldfields after the previous expo with just under a thousand job seekers through the doors in 2018.

The one day event connects job seekers directly with Goldfields employers and will assist with the labour shortage in the region with over a thousand jobs currently available.

CEO Simone De Been says they're focusing on trades this year with a huge shortage of qualified chefs, fitters, boilermakers and more as well as aiming to promote the liveability of the region.

Get in touch with the KBCCI to secure one of the final booths available for this years expo.

The Kal Jobs Expo is coming up on Friday, March 29 at the CCIWA Conference Centre in Perth.
