Two weeks ago, a lucky Melbourne local purchased a Powerball ticket which would made them $55 million richer. Unbelievably, the individual STILL hasn’t claimed their prize.
Tatts spokeswoman Bronnie Spencer said to the Herald Sun that it is ‘torture’ for the staff, who can’t hunt down the winner due to privacy laws. They simply have to wait. They can’t even check CCTV footage.
The ticket was sold at Scole Lotto & News on Sydney Road in Brunswick and Tatts urging anyone who hasn’t checked their ticket to do so.
The numbers that popped up on that fateful Thursday were 32, 7, 5, 34, 38 and 11. The all important Powerball was number 12.
