The Man from Warrnambool Who Has Gone Viral!
We love this bloke!
ABC South West Vic
He is the man from Warrnambool who has gone viral after ABC reported about a case of neighbours becoming embroiled in a friendly silent war.
It all started when Artist Jimmi Buscombe created a mural of a wombat on a railway bridge in Warrnambool. The artist intended on washing the artwork off, which had been made with pastels.
Enter Phil Hoy, a former graffiti removalist, who decided the artwork was too good to be washed off. Mr Hoy put on a high-visibility vest and grabbed a spray can of automotive clear coat, ABC reports.
