Season 4 of The Crown has put a spotlight on royal controversies, which include introducing the public to hidden members of the royal family, and the affair between Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles, which has caused such a stir, the couple has had to turn off comments on the social media accounts.

The Netflix series hones in on some of the biggest moments surrounding the royal family from the 1970s - 1990, however, the show skipped through some monumental events which impacted the family.
